Bill, a 1986 graduate of the US Air Force Academy with a BS in Engineering Sciences, founded InSPIRE in 2011. He also holds an MS in Engineering Science from the University of California, San Diego. In 2006, he retired from the Air Force after a 20+ year career innovating in nearly all aspects of space system launch and on-orbit operations, including direct liaison support to combat actions and enterprise transformation planning and implementation.
Paul Levidy Adams

Paul earned his BS in Operations Research from the Air Force Academy in 2006. He later earned his MS in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. As an Air Force officer, Paul worked within the Air Force, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and Intelligence Community (IC) space portfolios. He resigned his commission in 2014.

Max earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the Penn State University in 2002 and later earned his MS in Electrical Engineering (emphasis on Machine Learning & Radar) from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2017, he retired from the Air Force after a 20+ year career of sound decision-making as an innovative Air Force Officer, Electrical Engineer, Program Manager, and Acquisitions Professional leading the development of new methods and technologies across the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Intelligence Community (IC).
